DevOps is a culture; it is not a single team, tool or methodology.
It incorporates many methodologies, tools and working practices.
There is no one-stop solution or a single answer as to "what DevOps is" and you will find many interpretations as people struggle
to define what a culture is.
DevOps is a culture of bringing teams together to have a continuous end-to-end flow from a concept design to customer's hands.
Despite the differences in implementation, we can, however, define the FEATURES of DevOps culture:-
"A wise man will make tools of what is to hand"
- Latin Proverb
